🐶 How to Order:

1. Pick your tag size

2. Choose a font for your pup’s name

3. Select a hardwear to attach the tag

4. Add your contact details (or leave blank—up to you!)

📇 Contact Info:

We can fit up to 3 lines (more on larger tags). Small tags, addresses will be shortened to house number & postcode. Please note the more contact details you have, the smaller they will be on the tag so we would recommend you do 3 lines or less so they are clearer and easier to read. 
UK law recommends:

1. Surname

2. House number + postcode

3. Mobile number

🎨 Base Colours:

The base of your tag is the colour of the actual tag. If choosing a glitter tag, the glitter is the base. For clay piece tags you have the option to add a solid, shimmer or glitter base, this is the lAyer behind the charms or leave it clear for that dreamy, minimal look! For custom or character tags we will need your base choice, we recommend choosing from our wide range of glitters to give your design that extra pop! (We advise against solid dark bases like black due to visible wear.) 

🎨 Custom Designs:

Got something special in mind? We can add characters, images, logo’s or themed designs! Best suited for M or L tags—but we should be able to work that onto our smaller size tags too, the details/characters will just appear small.

🐕 Hardware Options:

• Split Ring – Super secure, best for active pups, available in 15mm or 20mm 

• O Ring – Easy on/off, our most popular option, even available in colours to match your tags just ask for a coloured o ring in the notes!

• Lobster Clasp – Quick and convenient

• S Clip – A tough clip with a longer hang

Please note that our rings may tarnish over time, especially if they have been in sea water. The coloured o rings paint may chip off if worn everyday. We have all hardwear available in silver and it’s commonly the colour we send out most with the tags, we usually have rose gold & gold o rings in and 15mm gold split rings as well as black in 15&20mm.

Each tag is lovingly crafted by Liv, so no two are exactly alike! Slight imperfections (like bubbles) may occur—that’s part of their charm.

🐾 Care & Durability:

Think of your tag like doggy jewellery—durable, but not indestructible.

• Sea water will tarnish the hardwear

• Not chew-proof! Remove when unsupervised especially if worn by a pup!

• Clean with soapy water

📦 Processing & Shipping:

• Handmade & shipped within the turnaround time we have set, this is usually 2-3 weeks but sometimes this can be more or less, please check before ordering. 

• UK: Royal Mail (1–5 working days)

• International: 2–4 weeks. 
  Standard delivery comes without tracking—upgrade at checkout for peace of mind with tracked shipping. When choosing the upgraded tracked option your tag will arrive much faster in 10-14 days. Please upgrade if you require tracking!
